TACO SALAD


​1 pound ground beef or turkey, browned

​   or cooked chicken, cut up

​1 envelope taco seasoning

​Mix dry seasoning with meat.  Drain 1 can of chili beans and mix with meat.  Chill.

​Just before serving add lettuce, tomato, diced onion, sliced black olives, shredded cheese, crushed Dorito chips.  Mix together.  Add 1 bottle Western Sweet & Smooth Dressing.  Mix well, enjoy.


MONKEY BREAD


3 cans homestyle biscuits          1 stick butter

​3/4 cup sugar                             1/2 cup sugar

​1 teaspoon cinnamon                 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

nuts (optional)

​  Snip biscuits in quarters and toss in mixture of 3/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and nuts (optional).  Put biscuits in bundt pan. Boil butter, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and drizzle over biscuits.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.

CHICKEN CASSEROLE


​6 halves chicken breasts, cooked and broken up.

​Mix together 1 can cream of chicken soup and 8 ounces sour cream  Stir into chicken.  Place in a greased 9x13 pan.

​Crush 2 packages of Ritz crackers, add 1 tablespoon poppy seeds.  Sprinkle over chicken.

​Melt 1/4 cup butter and drizzle over cracker mixture.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
